How safe is it to give oral to my partner then go right into having sex? Would my own spit affect my vagina area? We do not have anal (we agreed never again after attempting, too uncomfortable). I was just curious because I'm overly cautious that way...Better safe than sorry in the end I guess you can say.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If both the partners have agreed you can go for oral sex and there is no harm in it if both are cleared of any kind of infection.No spit does not affect vagina and only helps in lubrication.You can have oral sex as a part of foreplay and then proceed accordingly.
