My campus pharmacy carries four oral contraceptives (Estrostep-Fe, Solia, Tri-Sprintec, and Aviane) and I was wondering which would be the "best" choice. By best choice, I am referring to whichever one has the fewest side effects commonly associated with it.

While I do have the option to acquire the contraceptives off-campus, but would prefer to stick to these as the school provides them at a cost significantly less than the other places.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

All birth control pills have the same amount of possible side effects, you should speak with a doctor about what would be the best pill to start on.
