I was with a girl about a week ago, we were rubbing against one another and there was no actual insertion but our genitals did rub together (so i would imagine there was at least some precum involved). The next morning (about 10 hours later) she took Plan B as prescribed just to be safe. For some reason I'm still worried about this. Is there any real chance that she could still be pregnant?

Sorry I missed this one!

I wouldn't worry about it. The chances would have been very small even without the Plan B.

Next time, wear a condom or ask your partner about other options such as birth control pills.

Plan B is great, but if you can take steps before everything happens then there will be a lot less to worry about and you'll be ready for when/if you decide to take the next step.
