I have had a sore throat for about 10 days now, accompanied by joint pain in my right shoulder, above clavical and up thru right side of neck, (like the chords), eyes sting, right eye more so than left and fatigue. Other wise other symptoms are all only on right side. Had a strep tests that came back negative. I dont have a fever, swollen glands or any other flu like symptoms. Dr told me to drink lots of water, gargle with salt water, blah blah blah... I dont feel any better.
sidebar: I do smoke occassionally but have since stopped since this all began.
I can be a bit of a hypo chondriac, thanks to the world wide web!
therefore I tend to self diagnos myself with throat cancer, hodgkins, you name it. I did read some on chronic fatigue sydrome and that too shares my symptoms. Anyone have any advice for me? Im sick and tired of being sick and tired. Thank you in advance!! Confused
