well im 25 years old and i have been bleeding for like 13 days now and i dont know what it is, im not a pill and theres no pain. i dont know wants going on?

I'd see a doctor... I don't think it's possible to know what's going on without a professional opinion, and perhaps some tests. Even in the likely event that the cause turns out to be nothing to worry about, if you're looseing a lot of blood, over time it'll make you feel ill (for example, you risk developing anemia).
