Q: Ongoing bleeding after surgical abortion

I had a surgical abortion 5 weeks ago and i am still bleeding, sometimes its only little spots and othertimes its a bit more, the nurse said to me i may get bleeding up to 3 weeks, but i am still bleeding now and i dont no what to do?
