Hi i'm 20 years old and masturbating for the past 5-6 years now and i really want to get rid of this habit.I usually masturbate once in 2-3 days but sometimes it could be on a daily basis,somewhere around 2-3 years ago one of my testicles became smaller than the average size.Please tell me if i stop doing this now,would it get better in time
