My boyfriend have one swollen testicle.It\\\'s not really big but its does not look like the other. It\\\'s sore and i can see in the way he walk\\\'s there more pain then he\\\'s saying. He\\\'s in between Job and health Ins at this time what can we do.. please help.

Your boyfriend may have epididymitis. But this is too important to take chances with over the Internet. He really needs to see a doctor.
