One postive test and 2 neg.

can I be pregnant? I recently had my IUD removed, I went back to the pills. but i was wondering i haven't had my period for almost a yr, but a couple weeks ago i had some brown discharge during the time that was suppost to be my monthly. but my question is i've been feeling weird and I feel like my body is changing, I woke up at 3:30 am the other morning throwing up. But a couple days b4 that I took a test. I only let it set just a couple of minutes and then hide it. but 2 days ago is when i was sick and I looked just to see what my test was and it had two lines. So I've took two more tests since then and they've both been negitive. I have an appt. next week at the health dapt. to see. but all they are going to do is a urine test. I kinda wanted to make an dr. appt for friday to have blood work. is there really something going on with me or is my mind just playing tricks on me. I REALLY NEED ADVICE. ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!! I don't know what to do or where to turn.
