one lymph node still large

hi doctor i recieved your respective answer but
asking how much maximum time needs for disappearing enlarged lymph node after finishing antiTB med.i know may be little bit decrease & remain or fibrosed ---
my physician advised to excise it ,but surgeon told difficult to remove due to attached to blood vessels on right subraclavicular region ( i have only one L.N. ) also said this L.N. not disappear because may be reactive due to friction during movement with RT.clavicle bone --- i have no any signs or sympts ----my lab tests within normal. thanks alot.
