Hi I am 23yrs and trying for pregnancy i have done all the required tests but would like to know on which day should i get my Progesterone tests done to make sure i am on the right track as I am getting treated for Infertility and consuming Metformin since last 3months for the same..My LMP was on 13th September..Please guide..

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

The information provided by you is inadequate.Are you suffering from PCOD,have you been advised by your treating doctor for progesterone supplements and tests.It is difficult to comment without knowing the complete history and examination.
If you are trying for conception it will be advisable to get an Ovulation study done to see if egg is being released so that conception can be planned accordingly.
Kindly take your treating doctors advice and then go for any medications and test.

Hi thanks for your reply..i am suffering from PCOD but not been treated for anything i have only been put on Metformin i have been doing my Follicular study from the 7th day of my menstrual cycle, my 9th day Study says that my endometrum thickness is 4.5mm. could you tell me if these numbers can help me get pregnant this time..I hope this info is sufficient..
