This is my third pack of Seasonique. I like it all for the 2 week before my period I spot (light brown when I use the bathroom). This time around it has turned bright red for most of this week (It started sat july 11) I am also experiencing cramping and back pain but no other "pregnancy symptoms". My period isn't supposed to start until Somewhere between July 20-23. This bright red blood scares me because its never happened before. What is wrong with me?

So far on this pill pack my boyfriend of 2.5 years and I have had sex once. We always use a condom, I'm going into my last year of college and can't be pregnant right now. Do you think I could be pregnant?
