on going after virus !! please help Posted: 03-23-08 15:05pm
i caught a virus last feb and was really
ill for about 2weeks it started getting
better but my thort infection wudent go
away after about 2months it did. but sinse
then ave been left feeling really bad
everyday. i get headaches, head presure
and go red on my face arms and back. i
have also devloped panic attacks from
this. i feel tired, faint and in another
world most of the time. i have been to the
doctors and had some blood tests but thier
wnt do out else for me as thier carnt find
out. its been over a year now. am 17 years
old and jst want my life back

throat virus l am now talking vit c
paracetmol and ibupofen too for about 3
day no long before l will get better

Vitamin C always helps with this sort of
thing. You probably need to take some
acidolphilus to help restore your natural
defenses. As for the res of it, perhaps
if you post these symptoms in the
anxiety/stress part of the forum you will
get more help on those things. You might
want to get a referral to a psychiatrist
too. I hope you feel better soon.
