Q: Omega Fatty acids Effects

Good Afternoon!

I suffer from very dry skin and I'm trying to combat it internally and externally. I have been recommended to take EFA's by many people so when I started taking an omega 369 supplement, I was surprised that I started to feel EXTREMELY drowsy and moody. It's almost impossible for me to be productive at all when I take it.

I've even switched brands, Oils (and the ratios) taken them with/without food...etc but I still get the same effect. I also eat a fairly balanced/healthy diet and I drink ALOT of water, about a gallon a day.

I do have problems with digestion but even when I do burp and feel better (always get gas bubbles in chest), I still have the same effect.

Honestly, I don't want to give up on fatty acids because despite these awful side effects, it makes a HUGE difference in my skin so I know that I certainly need it.

Just don't know what to do about it at this point, I'm trying to figure out what other alternatives I have or what else. please help.
And thank you!
