Fractured left knee over 20 yrs. ago ice skating. I never attempted to exercise it after the injury as I should have. Over the yrs I favored the other knee when bending. Today I have some swelling in the left patella inner side not the top of the patella & feel pain & discomfort at times.

I saw a chiropractor a few yrs back & he told me in the future I will need a replacement. I am holding off on this as long as I can. Opinions on having on having excess fluid removed from the swolen knee area? Also, heard of some sort of impulse home deivce for old injuries on the radio show by an alternative Dr.
any feed back on this? Is ice compact better than heat when it hurts?

Appreciate any & all comments on this Rolling Eyes

Thanks,

Adail
