Q: Ok to change pill time ?

Hello i started taking orthotricyclen lo 3 days ago,when my period starts..i took it at 6 pm,my husband told me to move it at 10 pm,he told me it's the best time to take..coz what if sometimes where out and i forgot..so he said better move it to 10pm coz at that time we are sure we are home all the time..is it ok to move or change time?.. Rolling Eyes

I don't think four hours would make that much of a difference, but just to be on the safe side, you can gradually change the time. Set your alarm if you need to. Take it at 6 on Day 1, 7 on Day 2... until you are taking the pill at 10pm every night.

a frew hours dont really make a difference. its when you forget to take it and like 12 hours pass. you should be fine
