Thank goodness for this website. I was planning my funeral. I ate escolar 36 hours prior to this morning when I felt the urge to pass gas and ended up with panties full of liquid. When I went to the bathroom, there was bright orange, oily discharge in the toilet. Alarmed, I called my physician husband and asked if I needed a stat colonoscopy Smile. He assured me that cancer did not present as such and that I was having some sort of malabsorption issue. Turns out, he was right, but I was saved the embarrassment of calling my PCP when he found this on the computer. Unbelievable. I will add that escolar, which I will never again order, was probably the best tasting fish I have ever eaten. But still not worth the poop!
