I am a 19 year old female. I have suffered from diarrhea, bloating, heartburn, and stomach pain for years, but got relief from antacids. For the past few years the bloating gets so uncomfortable and you can hear a LOT of water swishing around in my belly. Recently, I have had a sharp pain in my upper stomach, along with an urgent need to go to the bathroom..which now is a dark, loose, foul smelling stool, with mucus and an oily substance on the top of the water. I have always been the worrying type and I have been really stressed lately due to my husband getting laid off and bills need to get paid. What could be causing this? Could stress have something to do with it?
