OHL on tongue ?

back in jan 09 i had protected vaginal sex with a guy. the condom didnt break nor slip.. i say a few weeks later i had flu- like symptoms which lasted about 2 to 3 days due to me taking thera-flu. after that i was fine. so back in oct 09 i heard that the guy i had an intercourse with has AIDS i didnt think anything of it due to the fact that we had protected sex. so i started browsing the internet reading on the disease and its symptoms so i started to panic like hell so i read on ohl and i think i have it on my tongue. i also read that ohl can occur in ppl who smoke and ppl who have bad teeth and i for one smoke and i have 2 rough teeth in my mouth i just noticed my tongue last month... im afraid to go to the doc because... so please tell me am i stressin to hard or am i at risk or do i have it...?
