Off welbutrin xl for 4 days without serious withdrawal Posted: 04-19-08 04:00am
I have been on prozac 20 mg and wellbutrin
xl 300 mg for over 2 years now, and have
discontinued the wellbutrin for 4 days. At
first i was having nausea and sweating,
but today i feel much improved. I also had
a severe headache. I called my pharmacist
during the night and she said that those
symptons were more than likely related to
a bug of some sort. She said the symptoms
for wellbutrin withdrawal are more related
to the depressive type symptoms coming
back. I am just praying that i can stay
off it for a while at least.

Well, I'd be more inclined to say that the
headache and nausea were due to the
withdrawal, but as long as you're feeling
better that's all that matters. I hope it
keeps going well for you!
