Q: Off depo and ttc

hi, ive been off depo for about a year now and recently got married and want to have a baby as my husband is 40!!(dnt wamt him to be any older to have a baby), ive had my periods back about 8 weeks after cumin off depo, but they r 3 weeks apart, does this mean i could till get pregnant?would be grateful if any one had any answers to this question, its very frustrating!XX

It is possible you are just having irregular periods after the shot wore off. If it doesn't get better, I would suggest seeing your doctor. Did you have irregular periods before starting Depo?

If you are looking to get pregnant, you should go to your gynecologist anyway and start on your prenatal vitamins.
