What is the likelihood of contracting an STD from manually stimulating a women if the person performing the stimulation has cracked skin around the fingernails? Also, what is the likelihood of contracting an STD from kissing, and oral sex on a man's genitals using a condom?

Mono - Kissing Disease -

I have never heard of any case when a man with cracked skin stimulating a woman got any disease - period...the chance of this happening is 1 in 1 billion...

oral sex on the other hand - you can get HPV because a condom does not protected the surrounding skin
