Q: odds of ectopic pregnancy after tubal ligation

My period is 11 days late. This is EXTREMELY unusual for me. I had a tubal ligation 11 years ago after the birth of my second daughter. Im 33yrs old. I have all of the same symptoms of pregnancy that I had with my first daughter except for one. It has been about 3 and a half weeks since my husband and I had sex last. I took a home pregnancy test which was negative. What are the odds that I could have an ectopic pregnancy with a negative urine pregnancy test? Did I take the test too soon? Do all ectopic pregnancies show up positive on a home pregnancy test? I would appreciate any advice/comments at this point. I'm not sure how long to wait before seeing my OB/GYN.
