Odds of conception ?

Im taking fertilaid for women and fertilecm ive took it for one month on the 14. I just had my 1st menstral cycle while on it and it came exactally the day my ovulation calander said it would come. (also my ovulation calander has on which day my cycle will be heavy and light it was exactly right) My periods are irregular and this was absolutly amazing!!. so i know fertilaid is working (as in regulating my periods). I was wondering if anyone has used Pre-seed im ordering it this month because my most fertil time for this month is 25-30 with me ovulating the 29. Has anyone used any of these and got pregnant. Im ttc #1 been trying for almost 3 years and no luck im 20yrs old and i really want this. Nothing has ever regulated my period not even (birth control and comming off of it which was 2 years ago). Anyways me and my fiance the obgyn said we both are healthy and capiable of making a child without the help of medi (like fertility meds) weve tried nothing. but we are giving fertilaid fertilecm and pre seed a try. This month will be my 1st time using pre seed. I wanted to know what is the liklihood of me concieving this month and if anyone has used any of these products and has had success
