Odds of being pregnant after tubal

I am 36, my body heals very very fast i was out the next day after the birth of both my kids, after the tubal, and 3 days after my breast reduction, and 3 days after my tummy tuck. any way i am now 5-7 days late on my period i always get it from the 8th -10th. im very sleepy but thats it. as for signs with my 1st i didnt get any i didnt show till i was 8 months with my 2nd i got sick at 3 weeks!! so im not sure.... i dont think i am but i donr know if its cause i know im fixed so im thinking no or if im just not. i would like to be really now that i am in a healthy relationship
