Hello, not sure where else in the forum i
can post this, but figured this is the
best place
anyhow, I'm hoping there is a
dermatologist around
long ago when i was 12ish i was at a
public pool and such and got warts on my
foot
had it there for a year or so till my
mother took me in to get them froze off
while we were waiting i was picking at it
and pulled the root out and messed it away
yes i know it's disgusting, but hey i was
young
anyhow, many years ago i started getting
an odd growth on my thumb, at first i
thought it was nothing, started picking at
it and such
when i pulled off the top layer of skin to
reveal the underlying skin there were like
fungus towers, hard to describe them
they turned red like there was a blood
vessel going up the center of them when i
squeezed the skin around it.
wasn't sure what to do about it, consulted
my father and he said that it was some
bacteria that gets under the skin and
causes the strange skin growth, so we put
some anti-fungus stuff onto my finger and
it did nothing, that was recently
over the past years it's spread from one
dot to 9 dots on that one thumb, and it's
jumped to some other fingers
we figured it was a wart so we got some
foot stuff to burn it off, been doing that
for awhile now, it kills all the skin
around it and the growth as well but the
growth comes back, like it's really deep
into the skin
there are callouses over them now from my
constant picking and i'm just not sure
what to do about them
please help or tell me what exactly I'm
dealing with!

Warts are viruses. If you eliminate the
first one the other will disappear.
Strange but true. Get salicylic acid and
apply to the first spot. Get vitamin E
soft gels, poke a pinpoint hole in the
softgel and squeeze some on to the spot.
Do this daily. If this is a wart that will
do the trick. The other option is to see a
dermatologist and get some topical
medication from the doctor.

the stuff i have been using that kills the
skin and surround stuff is the salicylic
acid, though it's odd, i've noticed my
skin has started to become resistant to
the stuff, where it used to kill off the
skin within a few hours, now it takes like
an entire day
anyhow, thank you for the help
so it is warts that i am dealing with?

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. It sounds
like warts to me. Hard to tell without
seeing them. You can go to a dermatologist
and get a diagnosis and treatment. They
can remove them with several different
methods. I had some warts on my feet. I
had treatments but they came back. I used
the salicylic acid and vit. E and was
religious about applying it daily. I got
rid of them and they never came back.
You will see a root. Keep using the
salicylic acid and vit. E. It will
eventually be gone. It may take a few
weeks. Good luck.
