Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You should consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician. Prolonged bleeding and irregular bleeding is not normal. You should consider going ahead with getting complete blood and hormonal work-up done along with ultrasound scan if needed to look for the underlying cause. Hormonal derangement and thyroid hormone dysfunction should be ruled out as cause for your abnormal bleeding. Treatment as appropriate would be started to help you stop the bleeding (based on examination and investigation results) and help you to regulate periods. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
