I have OCD. I also have a girlfriend who enjoys sex. Before her I was a virgin. We have been off and on this simmer and I have only been able to *** inside of her once. I get very nervous before and concentrate too much on the act and not just letting go. Do I have a physical or physchological problem? I will say that I can masturbate anytime.

Extremely eHealthy

Impotent would be an issue of sperm count or function. If you can masterbate functionally you have no physiological issue with your reproductive functions. It sounds like you are having very normal OCD related anxiety. Are you currently on medicaitons?
