Hi,

I had a spinal decompression,(back of my neck) which was unsuccessful in 06, and it has caused pain in my left arm (around elbow- small & ring finger. I take Lyrica 3 times per day. I have had a Ulnar transposition in my left forearm along with a carpel tunnel procedure in my left hand. Where do I go from here as both doctors have left the area, and I need to find a way to get this under control. The pain is intense ! Who is considered the very best in Neuro evaluation and treatment ?

Also I am also trying to decide whether to proceed with a Occipital Nerve Ablation by laser which has been suggested and planned for May 13 - 18. Have you ever heard of this procedure, and what is the suggested % success rate ?
