Q: Occasional frequent urination

I have occasional frequent urination, which seems not to make sense. In the last couple of weeks, some days have been normal, but there are a few occasions (maybe 3 or 4 times) where I have an urge to urinate but not much comes out, but it doesn't happen all the time. There have been a couple of occasions in the evening where I have had to urinate 3 times within 20 minutes, yet each time quite a lot of urine comes out, but again, it is not happening consistently every evening. 1 day ago I also felt the urge to need to urinate a bit more immediately after urinating, but again, this has now gone away. I also sometimes occasionally feel a slight 'irritation' in a spot in the waist area below my belly button, but I do not have pain when urinating or any other symptoms of pain elsewhere.
Regarding my medical situation, it is rather unusual I guess since I am a male to female transsexual - I have the normal hormone levels of a female but have not yet had surgery and so still have male genitalia, but I have been taking hormones for 2 years and have not had any problems up until this point. Also I would point out that I have never had any sexual relations of any kind, so any kind of sexually transmitted infection can be ruled out.
What could be my problem?
