It seem like I have to do something or be worried about soomething all the time. Like obsession to be self centred or something. There is always the one main thing in my life that makes it miserable. And when the problem is resolved I find something else. I'll even create it. Like for instance addiction. I find my life bored if I do not worry. I know it sounds crazy.

I suggest seeing a doctor
we all have our own weird quirks, but maybe if this is seriously hindering your everyday life, you should probably see a doctor or therapist to discuss this with them. hope this works out!
