Hey guys,

As mentioned in other sections in this forum, I suffer from both Depression and Anxiety. But I'm pretty sure I have Obsessive compulsive disorder, which is pretty frustrating. I'll give some examples:

1) On my iPod I'll have 'The Song Title' 'The Artist' and 'Album' (for those who are not familiar. For example, I've got this strange obsession that ALL have to have capital letters at the start of each word and if a song features another person have 'Artist B Ft. Artist C' with the exact 'Ft.'. It probably sounds crazy to some people but this has been going on for a while.

2) When I clean my room I have an obsession that everything has to be perfect. Wallets need to be stacked perfectly on top of each other, the sheet isn't allowed to have many wrinkles in it etc.

I've done a bit of research on OCD and on one of the websites it states 'With OCD you feel that as if you have to complete these rituals or behaviours otherwise something bad will happen'. But this doesn't apply to me.

Can anyone help me out?

Is it OCD?
