Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Mild mismatch in breast sizes are normal and should be further evaluated if there have been obvious changes observed like presence of lumps or pain/tenderness or presence of any other symptoms like breast discharge etc. PCOS usually responds to treatment with insulin modifiers as most common cause for PCOS is insulin resistance. Consider visiting your treating gynecologist for further evaluation to look for the current status of the problem and also discussing with your treating doctor/gynecologist about continuing on these (the Glycomet already prescribed to you before) along with hormonal contraceptives for better control of PCOS and for regularization of periods. The insulin modifiers also help with weight reduction (that usually occurs due to changes in hormonal pattern affected by PCOS). Include a good exercise and diet regime to help with weight management. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
