NuvaRing users: can your partner feel it?

I have been on Nuvaring for a month and my partner complains he can feel it during sex and it can be very uncomfortable. Is this a problem for other people? I'm wondering if maybe I don't have it in the right spot or if it is not deep enough in. My clinician told me I would feel it if it were in the wrong spot, and I don't ever feel it or have problems with it coming out; they also told me he wouldn't feel it and he definitely does! I'd really rather not switch birth control again (I used to take the pill), has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
