Q: nuvaring user and no peroid

I have used the nuva ring for the first time, I had it in for 3 weeks and removed it on 7/17 and still no peroid, I was told I also have pcos, and I am on metformin so when should I get a peroid after removing the ring? I had sex that weekend so I am not sure if maybe I was ovulating that weekend or? should I be worried? Not sure what to do ?
