Hello, I have question about Nuvaring me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex last Tuesday {4.14.09}, on Wednesday in the morning I found out that nuvaring was not inside me, we couldn't find else where. So I did take Plan B pill. Unfortunately I don't know when the ring fell out and that Friday {4.17.09} I should be taking it out and get my period on Monday {4.20.09} but it is all ready Thursday and I didn't get them yet. On Wednesday I went to see my Dr. and they did urinary test but it says I'm not pregnant. For me it is very unusual not to have it on time so I don't know what to think. Could I be pregnant?

Plan B uses hormones just like the ones in birth control pills. Any time you mess with your hormone balance, it can cause your period to be irregular; your period will come late or early, last too long, be much shorter than usual, you will have bleeding between periods...
It will take time for your body time to get back on track.
