I had recieved a three months supply of
refill Nuvarings while on an extended
visit to Florida, I decided while there to
go on a break and let my body go without.
I flew back to my home in California and
forgot and left the Nuvarings in the
fridge at my folks house. If my father fed
exs them overnight will they still be safe
because they were unrefrigerated for that
time while in transit? It just seems a
waste to have three perfectly good rings I
do not have access to. I would appreciate
any info. Thanks!

oh they'll be fine!! it's actually not a
requirement to refrigerate them, just a
suggestion. the only important thing is
that they're not exposed to hot
temperatures (85 degrees and above). i've
been taking nuvaring for 3 or 4 years and
have never refrigerated them, and never
had any problems.
