Is there a wrong way to put in a NuvaRing? If so, how do I tell? How is it supposed to feel?

I don't think there is a wrong way to put it in, unless you can still feel it after you put it in...the ring is almost designed to fold in half, and be inserted like a tampon...but the differeance should be that you don't feel the Nuvaring...I have been on it for over a year, and I had no problems hardly ever putting it in...My trouble always came with taking it out actually...being that it was in for three weeks, mine would get really set into my vagina, and I would have trouble reading in and pulling it back out in one full swoop....Anyway, Hope this helps!!!
