I took my nuva ring out and had my period a few days later and found out I would not be able to put a new ring in until the 25 (insurance problems) and had unprotected sex (did not cum inside me) on the 19th but took plan b on sunday morning before noon so should I be worried and tell me obgyn on the 25th and should I just put the ring in on the 25th as usual and start a new cycle or wait for a period to come (although I've read plan b and being off the ring for less then month could mess up getting my period)? Please I need help advice anything

If you can't get the NuvaRing until after you speak to your ob/gyn, you should ask him/ her these questions.
I can tell you this: skipping or missing hormonal birth control like NuvaRing can mess up your period and taking Plan B can mess up your period. So between the two, there is no way to know when your next period will occur. Unless your doctor suggests otherwise, I think you hould insert the NuvaRing as soon as possible to get things back on track.

You didn't give exact dates so I don't know how long you went without NuvaRing or how long your period lasted. But just going by the fact that he didn't ejaculate inside you and you took Plan B, I'd guess that chances are very slim that you are pregnant- 10% or less.
