Q: Nuva Ring expelled

Okay this is the skinny; on July 12th-15th my ring was expelled during a bout with the toilet, on the 18th is when I noticed it d/t the dark reddish-brown bleeding. On the 22nd (the 4th day of bleeding) I had unprotected sex where the BF deposited inside me. The next morning the bleeding became very faint and eventually stopped as the day went on. So on the 26th and the 27th, we had sex again where he left multiple deposits. My questions are:
1. Since the ring came out during week 2, could I be preggers?
2. I just experienced an ectopic pregnancy 11/07, does this increase my chances?
3. What is the likelihood that I would have another Ectopic?
4. How long should I wait before I take a test?
5. My job requires a lot of heavy lifting & pushing, can this cause problems?
6. I have been experiencing some light-moderate discomfort to the LLQ, what/why is that?

FYI: I have not inserted a new ring since I discovered that the previous one was out. I believe that I inserted that ring on 6/28/08, and it fell out somewhere between the 12th-15th of July; according to my calendar I was supposed to remove it on 7/25/08 and that would have been my "week off". Also I am currently experiencing a creamy white discharge.
PLEASE ADVISE.

You are not pregannt from sex on the 22nd.

Pregnancy is a PROCESS.. Not a "BAM you are pregnant tonight".

Pregnancy takes approximately 2 weeks to happen. FIRST the sperm must meet the egg, then the egg has to make the journey to the uterus, THEN it has to implant.

It takes 10-14 days. You can take a pregnancy test 14 days after sex.

You would NOT have pregnancy symptoms until you were at least ONE MONTH pregnant, and right now you would not even be pregnant from that sex act. It would still *possibly* be in the process.

You should NOT have unprotected sex from now on UNLESS you want to be pregnant. You should use a back-up until you restart the NUVA RING.

You should be ok
I use to be on the nuva ring and during sex it would come out all the time esp if you lets say energetic lol. We when it fell out I would just leave it out for the 20 mins wash it and put it back in. No problems my doctor said it was fine. When he "deposited" i never had that happen. You could of been just spotting. Spotting could be all sorts of colors. It gross I know but I think you are fine..... Let me know if your doctor said anythig

I think it just really depends upon the woman. I wouldn't say it depends on how "tight or not tight" you are. Mine never really fell out on its own but I would still be on my period when I had to insert a new ring and of course I used tampons..and well everytime I'd remove it the ring would come along with it. Was a pain in that sense. Give it a shot if you'd like, you have nothing to lose.
