I do not add salt to any food but I am still concerned that I get too much of it in the foods I eat.
Thusly, is there a supplement, whether it be extract, vitamin, mineral or whatever, that will help to combat the detrimental effects of too much salt in the diet?
The only thing I could think of was ensuring an adequate general fluid intake, and was hoping for more 'powerful' advice.
