numbness

Hello im a 30 yr old female and for the last month ive been having like a numbness feeeling in my left leg from the knee down that sometin\mes goes into my thigh and the tips of my fingers sometimes it goes into my right side and into that thigh as well everytime i go to the drs they tell me that im having a panic attack but my heart doesnt beat fast all the tin\me at times the feeling goes into my face on the left side when i go to sleep and wake up my hands and feet have the needle and pins feeling im so worried that something is seriously wrong and that the drs are brushing it off by telling me its a panic attack please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
