i keep geting pins & needles & a numb feeling in both my fore arms & hands, it happens when im sleeping which wakes me up plus it happens if i lean on 1 arm 4 too long my little finger goes completely numb. can anyone help me figure out wot this might be or maybe whats causing this problem???

Well it could be a number of things...my advice would be to see a neurologist for an evaluation.
