I been having sleeping problems for a while now and are just realizing what is happening and it is beginning to occur nightly... I wake up nightly to with heavy, numb arms and shoulder and/or legs. Its beginning to cause serious problems and is starting to effect my life... What could this be?

hi
hey have you tried getting a mattress that shapes your body bc it might be that you have the wrong mattress for your body and the way it sleeps i found with my old mattress i was getting numbness and very sore legs, and I'm quite tall 6ft so i have to be comfy Smile try that not to sure if it is the same problem but just a thought hope everything is ok. Loss if feeling in my arms and hands
Hi Kat214

I wake most nights with the loss of feeling in my arms and hands which I am finding very distressing.

I am making an appointment with my GP to determine why this is occuring and would be grateful of any advise you may have on this matter.

Kind Regards

I am also waking up several nights with tingling and numbness in my arms, hands, legs & feet. I ahve seen a neurologist who doesn't know what's causing it. Awaiting an MRI scan but neurologist isn't expecting to find anything on it.
