I get numnbess, tingling (like arm fell asleep) from my right shoulder into my right elbow down to my wrist across the inside of my wrist and my hand is usually cold. I do weight lift and I had noticed it awhile back it the elbow area but now from the shoulder all the way down to the hand. I also sleep on that shoulder so I am not sure if that is the problem. I have been trying to change sleep position.Not sure if it is a circulation or pinched nerve problem either. It is basically an ache in right shoulder, elbow and across the inside of my wrist and numness tingling more so from the elbow to the inside wrist area. My hands have also been cold. Help
