I am sorry about your problem with your hand...Have you gone to the doctor and had this checked out?....Do you use a wrist brace to help you out when it gets bad?....

Take care,
Caroline

Hi and welcome to ehealth...This can be caused by sleeping the wrong way or just plain nerve damage...Sometimes you can shake it off...If it keeps on bothering you, then you may want to go with a wrist brace to see if this helps...If this still doesn't do it, I would see your doctor...Good luck...

In a book titled the Last Call,Discovering The Universal Man is introduced. There are techniques used to release the tension in the hands as well as the entire body and I have seen it work.
A friend complained of the symptoms and tried the techniques and within two weeks regained the feelings in his hands. He also avoided surgery. A web site is coming soon that will have sample chapters. If anyone would like to know more, let me know here, bye.
