Hi, I have had numbness in my left hip for awhile during my sleep, and it usually goes away,, but today I still have the numbness all day. I do sleep on my left side. what can cause this??

I'd suggest you make an appt with a neurologist...numbness is not normal...need to find out what is causing such....
