I am hoping I am posting this to the correct forum.
For the last 3 weeks to a month, my right foot on the top right side goes numb from time to time. I have noticed this happen when I drive, I am laying on my right side or sitting in bar stool height chairs. What causes this and what can I do about it?

I believe I used the incorrect wording. It would not be numb, I would say tingling or falling asleep maybe.
