Hi,

I have numbness in my little finger, ring finger and index finger on my left hand, and my index finger on my right hand. I cannot grip anything and my hands feel very weak. I have been doctors who said its trapped nerves, also spoke to my physiotherapist who said it could be stress *I am currently on crutches after prettymuch learning to walk again after a car accident in Feb* and no1 has said what to do. It is VERY frustrating and is starting to make me cry in frustration..I cant even open a bottle of pop, even doing clothes up is difficult..

what can i do to reduce this as I am really at the end of my tether...please help Mad

It would be my guess that you probably have some nerve damage from the accident. I have to assume you had a spinal injury since you have had to learn to walk again. Your doctors told you it was probably trapped nerves. Did they tell you if it would get better? It sounds like you had a pretty bad accident and doctors today also love to blame things on stress, don't accept that as the answer when you know something more is going on and ask for more answers.
