I'm not sure if i'm in the correct thread or not. It's been so long since i've been on the site.
I come looking for help for a very good friend of mine. For the past month or so she has been experiencing intermittent numbness in her face. When it occurs it lasts for between 12 and 24 hours Recently she has noticed that her pupils are often not equal during these episodes (or directly before or after them). She is also experiencing a lot of stomach pain though she's not sure if that's related or not. She has been to a clinic and they brushed her off and said not to worry, but i still think there's something going on.
Has anyone experienced anything similar or heard of a condition with these symptoms?
Thank you

ETA: The numbness is now down her arm and is accompanied by pain in her neck.
